Why limit your triathlon practice to just swim, bike, and run? At Tri Dash Thailand 2026, you'll practice all four essential race-day skills—swim, bike, run, and transition - in a realistic race environment. Along the way, you'll also learn to manage pacing, hydration, nutrition, and the heat, helping you race with greater confidence.

Following a successful debut, Tri Dash Thailand Episode 2 returns to Reignwood Park, Lum Luk Ka, Pathum Thani. The event features a swim in the KIS International School competition pool, a fully closed-road bike course, and a scenic run around the park's signature heart-shaped lake—providing a safe and enjoyable experience for athletes of all levels.

Choose from Mini Dash, Dash, Long Dash, or Team Relay categories. Every finisher receives a medal, while the top three individual finishers in the Dash and Long Dash categories receive awards. Tri Dash is designed as a fun, supportive training event where you can practice like you race and build confidence for your next triathlon.

Bike transportation service: we handle the logistic for you, simply drop off your bike in Bangkok and pick it up in Phuket before the race. After the race, drop off your bike in Phuket, and we’ll either deliver it to your home or arrange for pick-up in Bangkok. Register now and you don’t have to think about bike transportation at all, just focus on your training!

Asia’s finest integrated destination, Laguna Phuket, has announced the schedule for the Laguna Phuket Triathlon.  The triathlon will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2026. Mark your calendars and stay tuned for the upcoming Super Early Bird Rates announcement!!

Held across the famous Laguna Phuket destination race course, athletes enjoy the unique swim taking in both the Andaman Sea and fresh water lagoon. The challenging bike course includes scenic rides through the Phuket countryside and local villages, with the climax coming over the imposing Naithon hills. The run course takes in the entire Laguna Phuket destination, with the climax finish back at Laguna Grove.

To facilitate the travel for athletes and their followers, the 8 hotels in the Laguna Phuket group have joined forces to offer competitive rates. From each Laguna Phuket hotel, guests can walk or enjoy free shuttle buses and boats to the Laguna Grove race venue.

Southeast Asia’s longest running and most successful triathlon event, the Laguna Phuket Triathlon was listed as Top 8 of The World’s Greatest Tri Swims by 220 Triathlon Magazine (UK) in 2020.
